Health Guarantee Contract

You will have to sign a contract and Health Guarantee 

We at Puppy Tails Kennel, make every possible effort to deliver a healthy, happy, and quality puppy. We give a limited health Guarantee. You must take your puppy to a DVM (veterinarian) of your choice and at your own expense within three (3) working days of the date on this contract. Failure to do so voids all terms and guarantees of this contract. we give six (6) months of age guarantee for congenital or birth defects. If verified by a DVM (veterinarian) and the return of the puppy along with the DVM's (veterinarian) official findings and any paperwork within two (2) days, then and only then will Puppy Tails Kennel replace it with another puppy when one is available, or with a different breed of the same value.

Due to the unpredictability of natural causes in live animals, we do not guarantee against or for; hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), giardia, stress, car sickness, hernias, thin hair, or hair changing color. Parvo can be contacted anywhere at any time, therefore it is not guaranteed. No puppy is guaranteed to be worm or parasite-free. We sell our puppies as pet quality and therefore are not guaranteed to have reproductive ability, temperament, conformation, or to show quality. An estimate of a puppy's adult size is only a guess not guaranteed. 

Puppies Tail Kennel is not responsible for change of mind, DVM (veterinarian) bills, pet hospital bills, or any other expenses for this puppy, or any other animal, or human, including any attorney bills incurred by the buyer or new owner of this puppy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
